This tool is for converting the old EU2 country.csv into the new FtG country.txt and country.csv. Place the country.csv next to this tool and run the tool. It creates the two new files and you just put them into your mod folder.

 

Province Converter

This tool is for converting the old EU2 province.csv into the new FtG provinces.txt and provinces_special.txt. Place the province.csv next to this tool and run the tool. It creates the two new files and you just put them into your mod folder.
